We hired Shannon to cater our 200 person wedding and were very satisfied with the experience. She was professional and easy to communicate with and didn't mind extensive menu planning and changes during the planning phase. She did a tasting for us and multiple site visits to plan out her service for the day of, and was even willing to help source decorations outside of her food presentation. Everything flowed very nicely on the day of the wedding and guests were impressed by the food. She pulled off freshly grilled steaks for our large number of guests, as well as sides, vegan options, appetizers, and a dessert bar with a pretty display. I highly recommend The Crave for a seamless, professional experience with good food for your event in the Bitterroot Valley or surrounding area.

Hands down best event planning and catering service around, and this is coming from the bride's family who is from the Philadelphia area and NYC (They have high expectations to say the least when it comes to service!!). The Crave did an amazing job of catering and event planning for our wedding-even through the pandemic! Shannon was prepared for all and everything on the day of the wedding- she even had pearl-head straight pins for the groom's and groomsmen's boutonnières which came in great handy because we forgot to get those! Shannon made sure to include vegan, vegetarian, seafood, meat, and gluten-free options as well as vegan and dairy options for dessert. She was always on-time and prepared. And the decor was spot on for what we wanted too. Shannon takes initiative and helps the wedding party and families feel at ease. We were actually able to enjoy and relax more than imaginable when it came to prepping the wedding. Can't ask for better service than that. Shannon's service and presentation of the wedding exceeded our expectations. We would recommend The Crave to anyone looking for top-notch service with event-planning and catering. I can’t say enough great things about Shannon and her team. She played a huge part in giving me the wedding of my dreams.

Originally, we hired her for her *AMAZING* food…but once I realized I was in over my head on the decor and planning, she stepped up helped me in every way that I needed.

She is a pro in the organization department. She helped find and contact my florist for me. She was available via call/text whenever I needed her. Her decorations were exactly what I envisioned and looked SO professional.

The food…. was just WOW. She let me customize the entire meal. It looked and tasted incredible. And at the end of the night, she packed up the extras for us. She put up and took down all the decor… which was a huge relief not having to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. I could really just enjoy it because I knew she had everything taken care of.
